"Hands down the most dismissive experience I've ever had. Would not recommend."
"Beware of their billing!!! I had a sun spot removed and a skin tag in the same appointment and the same tool of liquid nitrogen was used to do both. In the appointment I was never informed that those 2 separate procedures would be billed separately. In the appointment after she used the liquid nitrogen on my sun spot, she asked me "what else? Do you have any other brown spots or skin tags you want to have removed?" I was billed for 2 different billing codes for each procedure and ended up with a $350 bill. I was in the appointment for 10 minutes. I hadn't received my billing before I went to the follow-up appointment and again after using the liquid nitrogen to freeze the sun spot more, she asked me "what else? Do you have any other brown spots or skin tags you want to have removed?" I had her remove 5+ brown spots and was billed 2 different codes again and had another $350 bill. It's wrong that they do this and not inform the patient of the extra billing cost and not give you the choice if you want to spend more money or not. Its just wrong. I won't be going back."
"This office was much more thorough than what I experienced at the logan office. Allyx and Dr. Mitton biopsied 3 moles that a doctor at the other office said looked normal, and they all were abnormal. I'm glad we caught them this time around. The ogden office also did what is apparently a more correct patch test than what they offered at the Logan office, and they were able to find an allergy that's been causing severe hives for years. I'd make the drive to go the Ogden office personally."
"I can't say enough good things about this place! The doctors are amazing. They're very knowledgeable and kind. All the staff has been wonderful. The last place I went to ignored a mole I was concerned about and I decided to get a second opinion. After lab results I ended up needing surgery, I'm glad I came here. I don't want to think about the alternative if I hadn't. These guys really care about there patients!"
