Sovereign Nations Insurance (SNI) is a 100% Tribally owned and operated insurance company located at 6060 West 3650 North in Ivins, Utah. Established through the strength of an inter-Tribal association of Federally recognized sovereign Indian Tribes, SNI engages in interstate and inter-Tribal commerce both on and off Reservations to members of Tribal Health Communities (THC). Working alongside the Sovereign Nations Health Consortium and Native American Restoration Association, SNI advocates for health care and insurance reform at the local, regional, and national level, while promoting economic development for participating Tribes and indigenous groups. SNI provides outstanding health care and benefit solutions throughout the United States to all members of its Tribal Health Communities. With a mission to preserve and empower Tribal communities by meeting their needs, reducing costs, and simplifying health care, SNI honors age-old Tribal traditions while providing culturally connected coverage. Operating in accordance with federal and Tribal law, SNI is immune from suit or claim of any kind, except as prescribed by Plan documents.
