"Absolutely horrible experience. My neck and back still hurt one week later. The guy was too rough and when I told him to stop he continued to be rough and even harder. This is not a relaxing place. There was a thin curtain between me and another person and I could hear an entire conversation as though we were in the same room; no privacy and I was naked. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau."

"This place was hard to find. Just like any other massage place. The Korean couple there did the massage to different people in the same room. The male did not speak English. No extra conveniences were provided. No seat adjustments offered. They made it mandatory to tip, which to me was redundant since I am directly paying for their service."

"This was my very first massage(foot) and it will not be my last. I was suffering from terrible foot aches and these unknown lumps in my legs perhaps due to circulation. These two issues were resolved after one visit. As for the whole experience, I did not know what to expect. The room was mellow ,soft music playing very relaxing. The gentleman that assisted me knew exactly what he was doing most definitely. I walked out with a new pair of feet. I highly recommend their service. Will be coming back."

"I don’t know how they have almost 5 stars. My experience was similar to many other reviews I’ve read. Horrible. In fact, there are so many similar horrible experiences, that I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I made an online appointment for a full body and foot massage, called to confirm what I wanted and to add my partner for the same service. We confirmed the full body and foot massage when we arrived and then they proceeded to give us incredibly painful massages. We were confused until we were overcharged at the end. I asked why it was so much and the owner pointed to the deep tissue massage instead of the full body. Then it all made sense. I told him that is not what we wanted and he pretended there was some miscommunication due to the language barrier. There was no miscommunication. That was just his MO. He also communicated incredibly clearly that he was upset with the 15% tip I left. I didn’t even want to tip after haggling with him about the price for almost 10 minutes, but I did. And then he charged me a $5 credit card fee. I will not return. Horrible, horrible service."

"The online prices are different than the price when you get there. Massage was rough and at times painful. At the end whilst paying for the service (it was a higher price than what we anticipated) I tried to leave a tip and I was told my tip MUST be 20% or higher. So it was either 20% or no tip? Gentleman’s demeanor changed dramatically when I questioned the company’s tip policy and he was no longer welcoming and friendly. His reaction to a tip below his standard was unnecessary. I actually would have tipped the 20% in the first place if the prices online reflected the appropriate prices - I would have carried more cash. I probably would not go back to this establishment again which is a shame because we get massages often and I thought we had found our spot."
