"Starting going to this salon after my other hairdresser's salon closed. The plus- it's close to home and I found that Laura does a great pixie cut. The negative- the receptionist. I believe her name is Rosie. What a horrible attitude. This is the first person you experience when you come into the shop. I now have experienced this terribly rude woman three times. And I am out. I have never come across a receptionist who is so blatantly rude to a new client. I am told that the owner is aware of this behavior and tolerates it. During a pandemic losing clientele is not smart."

"I have been going to Dynasty for over 10 years. You get great service at a good price. Each stylist is unique, so you have to experiment with them to determine which stylist is right for you. One great thing about this establishment: they have very low turnover. You can expect the people you like to be there next time. My stylist let's me come back between haircuts for touchups with no appointment, pretty convenient!"
