Austin Carpenter was the designer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. His measurements were spot on. We are really pleased with Nathan De La Garza, the installer. Nathan is also professional and knowledgeable. He explained several features of the blinds and how best to use and maintain them. He knows a lot about the product.
