"It’s good to know upfront that he isn’t knowledgeable on my daughter’s condition. I do not want anyone operating on her that is as ignorant as this. Especially his assistant. I’m unsure what they’re teaching them in medical school these days. I pretended to not know anything about her issue before I went in, so that I could get a fresh opinion. I was hoping since his assistant doesn’t have much of an education compared to the actual doctor, that she was just ill informed. She doubled down and called us saying that the doctor agreed with her. We were met with nothing but dismissal and false medical information. In my opinion we dodged a bullet. Do your due diligence before dealing with him or his assistant. There are other options in this area which we will be trying. It’s so hard to watch your child suffer for years, find the source, and then be treated like you’re stupid. Don’t torture yourself or your child and become a patient with these people, they waste months of your time and treat you as though you’re lesser than. The whole God complex thing is on full display. Most of Sacred Heart is still good but this particular group needs educational updates and interpersonal training."

He just kept going even when I think other surgeons might have wrapped it up earlier & left the hard to reach pieces still in there.
