"Such a nice and cozy restaurant and bar. The food is delicious. The staff is polite and friendly. I’m very impressed with the inner decor, too. And it’s just 5 minutes walk from 34 ST Penn Station and you can see The Empire State Building close up. I would love to be back here again."

"Our server was great! I am very disappointed in the false advertising and no warning that the full happy hour specials are not offered, only certain beers and wine. No food specials such as .50 Monday wings. Even with a sign hanging up at the entrance that clearly says beer, wine, and cocktails for happy hour, it's not honored. My receipt next to the sign clearly shows it wasn't honored. Was told the rent is higher at this location, so they can't do specials. The sign needs to be taken down, and the TGI website should say not at this or all locations. Won't return to this location as false advertising is not okay."

"We had such a great time here at TGIFridays! The service was phenomenal. Twaine was such a sweet and great bartender/server. She provided top notch service as well as tasty drinks for us! The food came out fresh and hot! The whole staff was incredibly attentive. We're grateful for Niel, cause he checked in making sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and we were serviced fast. Thank you! We will be back very soon."

"Olive garden, Red Lobster, Applebee's, all of the times square restaurants have let me down over the years but TGI Fridays? Thank you for allowing me to relive the family restaurant experience of my youth. Ranch is good, fries are crispy, couldn't really ask for more. Service was slow because there was a giant party upstairs but I can't really fault the staffing in this day and age. Servers were nice and polite and tables were clean."
