"Repetitive fraudulent billing charges after being told I am covered across multiple visits. They billed me the highest level (level 5) for seeing a nurse practitioner (>$600 office visit) then proceeded to say I need another visit with my actual neurologist a couple months later where I was billed $400 for a level 4 visit; I did not receive both of these bills until one year later. Both of these visits were pointless & a negative experience in general. Absolutely unethical practices & I will NEVER go here again, personally."

"Awful patient care. Ordered an expensive EEG then the doctor and his team never got back to me. Never has once met their commitment to reply in 72 hours. I’ve been ghosted for weeks and put on another med that has added 30lbs to my small frame in 3 months. They never checked to see how I was doing on the new med. they are a reactive not a proactive treatment center. Beyond being frustrated with the care, I’m disappointed since I had hopes they would help me live a better life in spite of my neurological ailments. To me, this place sucks and I will likely never go back!"

"I had a punch biopsy with Heather Free, PA, today, and I just wanted to say how thankful I am that I had the opportunity to have an appointment with her. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and answer my questions. UCHealth is very lucky to have her!"

"I am a current patient here. So far I tried to make an appointment here. Never able to get one or even a call back. Finally after weeks I was told my Dr was retiring and not making appointments. So they went to set me up with a new Dr and that took 2 weeks. During that time I had another appointment. Zero concern and booked an appointment 2 months out. Last night I had almost every side effect you can possibly have for the medication. So severe I went to the ER. The ER took no concern and I was told it was a migraine. Today I called the clinic because of having the same symptoms and asked to speak with my Dr. I was told he'd call me soon. 2 hours later I called back. An hour later I was called by a nurse who told me I was treated for a migraine and that was it. I've had migraines for years and know the before signs, during the migraine and after so well I can identify it coming on an hour before, tunnel vision etc. I tried to explain that to the nurse and I ask again for my Dr to call. Again i was told he'd call me soon. Nobody called back this time and the center is now closed. This place cares about being a teaching hospital and not patients. All the time I've been treated here I've looked at the notes on my treatment. First 6 months out of school "dr." If you want to be an unwilling test subject this is the place for you. I know this review like the others will recieve a pr reply that doesn't address issues. Literally the same response a restaurant gives for a bad experience."

"Terrible experience attempting to get this UC clinic to work with an internal referral from another UC health clinic. They would not communicate to their partner clinic on the clients behalf. They did not offer support in navigating the referral “not showing in their system”, claimed the other clinic misfiled the document, and expected the client to contact different UC health staff to find assistance. After over two weeks of attempting to get services, the client was informed the clinic did not even offer the requested services at all. Waste of valuable time needed to find alternative services."
