"I have seen 2 therapists in this office. One was a few years ago, and I thought she was great until the worst thing could happen: my mom passed away. Prior to this, if I didn't see her for a few weeks, she would call or email to see how I was doing. This visit she ended by her telling me to find a grief counselor, and never again contacted me. Our most recent experience was until this week. I was trying to see a therapist with my 12 year old nephew who I have custody of. This therapist was supposed to primarily be his therapist, but she only once tried to talk to him without me present. We were supposed to have a specific day and time, but she regularly had other commitments so we would not be able to see her that week. When my nephew got Covid, I couldn't cancel 24 hours ahead of time as I didn't know he would get sick. They charged me $75 for late cancellation. In their defense, they did refund it when I complained, but the therapist then decided she was not a good fit for us and we needed to go elsewhere. All 5 of my sons saw therapists as they were growing up, and I've seen others. The only problems we've ever had are at this office, so I tend to think it's the practice, not us that's the problem. Just be cautious if you try a therapist here."
"After many years of thinking about going to counseling I finally made the decision. Nicole has been amazing. She has made me feel comfortable and I am able to share with her things I never thought I would."
"Really great therapy experience for me and my kids. Caring, empathetic, and--most importantly--down to earth therapists. They work within our insurance and our scheduling needs."
