"At the time of purchase I was told they offer repair. I have bought a washer and dryer set and refrigerator from them. My freezer does not cool properly or make ice and my dryer has stopped working completely and now I’m being told they do not offer repairs AT ALL! Save your time and money and shop elsewhere !"

"I purchased a fridge 2 months ago as of yesterday, called and informed them the fridge wasn’t working, she told me to text tmy info, I did, no one responded, call again and ask can someone come out, and explained to her my food was going bad, she stated they have to wait until someone is available. 3 days later, food is bad, and no response. I purchased from them because they are Mom and Pop store, these types of stores normally treat their customers like family. This is not the case, they are shady! I’ve lost hundreds of dollars of food. We all know how much food cost these days! They could care less, I am a single Mother! I now have to spend $1000 on top of the $350, I paid them for a piece of junk. If you are a decent human being and believe people should be fair and honest. Don’t shop here! The lack of compassionate and good customer service is not demonstrated in their business!!! Don’t buy here!!!! You will be throwing your money away. I’m a child of God, and I going to let God deal with them!!!"
"This place is a joke. They are horrible.I purchased a refrigerator from them took it home plugged it up it worked fine. Five days after the 30 day warranty was up it quit just out of the blue. I called them and told them about it they were rude and would not even try to help me. Also a friend of mine bought a washer and dryer set from the same people at M and M it done the exact same thing. I will never buy anything else from here. Don’t waste your money."
