"I visited Nueurology with Heather Nelson, NP. By far, one of the best visits I’ve ever had. I am grateful for the care received. I have had many visits to health care facilities where the doctor did not listen and my records needed to be corrected, later. Medical professionals are human and it takes a strong person to be passionate, unbiased, thorough, intentional listener and compassionate. I feel like I received that during this visit. Of course, I’ll be back. Right now, I feel like I can check the box… I have a great neurologist. Wonderful experience!"

"Dr. Karner is the best! He listens to everything, asks probing questions to best determine the cause of my headaches. He is always very personable, which I am grateful for, and he has no problem changing directions on a course of treatment if one just isn't quite working well enough. His main goal is to help me be able to live without constant pain! Sometimes that takes trying different things until the right combination of meds is found. I'm so grateful for him!"

"My Dr is Dr Patel (Neurology) for my Migraines were so bad like at least 5 days a week and sssoooooo Brutal!! I suffered so badly!! I moved from another state so they were back in full swing and Dr Patel really took his time listens, asks specific questions, wasn’t just generic-quick and give standard migraine meds here you go bye!! I love that! He’s genuinely concerned and every appt weather follow or treatment he asks more questions to make sure everything is working as it should and when it seems like to many headaches snuck through he addresses it and we work on it! There is so much more i want to add to express just how good ,knowledgeable, explanatory, teaches you about each treatment and why!! I juat can not say enough!!! My/His nurse is off the charts sweet and amazing very attentive and answers messages quickly, the staff all super nice and professional!!! Never had an issue with Neurology Dept. Never a long wait either always right on time too!!!! :-)"

"I was able to schedule a timely visit earlier this year which unfortunately I had to reschedule due to insurance issues. This doctor must be very good as the visit was scheduled some ways out, but my circumstance was not extremely urgent. Due to an electrical outage because of poor weather conditions, I ended up having to reschedule the visit again. My scheduling bumped up against the doctor's time off schedule, so in their defense none of the scheduled out visits was the practice's fault. The office is at a convenient location and has a diagnostic MRI facility attached to its building which adds more to the convenience factor depending on one's insurance. My nurse at intake was awesome - personable and attentive. The doctor was knowledgeable and spoke to me in laymen's term. He and I were on the same page regarding my treatment plan. I am scheduled to see him again next week. Dr. Patel is very matter-of-fact and direct. You won't get the warm and fuzzy bedside manner, but you will get someone who is highly knowledgeable and competent."
