"Shes rude I called right now and she was so rude in answering my questions .. office training relax you work at an office it's ok .rushing to hang up on me that's rude .no ⭐"
"This is a good PT practice. Just some observations for whatever it’s worth. The front office staff are great. Always friendly and very helpful. They run this practice differently than what I’ve been use to in the past. You very seldom see (unless you ask for) the actual licensed PT. I think I was told there are 2 at the office on Fresno St. In the past with another PT practice, you saw a licensed PT every visit at the beginning of your appointment for about 10 minutes then moved on to the PTA for the rest of the time. I actually liked this 1:1 time with the PT to express what’s working, what isn’t, etc. Here at Phys Med you see them initially (1st visit) for evaluation then on your last visit for a few minutes. The remainder of your time you work with the PTA’s. I like all the PTA’s at this office. A special shoutout to Brandi because she has helped me the most with my spinal issues, not only because she works on my back but it just seems like she truly listens to my concerns and then comes up with a game plan for me. I would recommend this practice."
"If I can give it a -0, I will right away! It’s been 5years & still going strong in not returning here. I will never forget when I was told that I don’t need physical therapy by the therapist SMH. Motorcycle injuries are no joke & long term injuries. Just because I was able to do more of the exercises, after telling them that I’m an active person who played sports, went to the gym, did martial arts, walked a lot/hike etc they discriminated me. As for the girls who attended me 5yrs ago they were nice & did the therapist job always. I would highly recommend to go to McGuire Phys Med on Bullard & Cedar!! McGuire it’s perfect, my pain reduce & have been helping me through my long term injuries since leaving this location who ignores there patients. Phys Med Physical Therapy you lost an awesome soul who all she wanted was to lower her pain & re-learn her body with multiple injuries. Thank you for not treating me properly because McGuire Phys Med did!"
"I was initally referred to Phys Med for PT after I herniated a disc in my back. When I started going, I was unable to sit down or walk for more than 5 minutes at a time and it was really affecting my life and work. With their support, encouragmenet, and exercises I was able to get back to running pain free. I’ve returned for other injuries, since. They helped when I broke my foot after a fall and tore my hamstring hiking. All the staff are friendly, knowledgable, and patient. I always feel like they really care that I get better."
"This clinic is confused. One day they allow family to translate the next day its not their policy. They have no kids in gym policy unless its someone the workers there know. The therapist have hired 3 aides who need schooling in proper attire. The aides do all the therapy and are not knowledgable about the work."
