"ASI as a company is horrible to their employees. They cheat them out of hours, the management staff are inept, they lie to the employees, they do not know how to manage the work load. They fire people without giving them warnings, they lie to them and say that people complained about them, they let people go on made up reasons. The woman that helps my mother just got fired, she was one of the best people that my mother had helping her. She did what she was supposed to and was there helping my mother with everything. They treat their staff so poorly. This management team needs to be replaced, and I hope the corporate office sees this comment because I am going to let premier know what you all are doing and hopefully they will investigate your company and release you from any contracts you may have. I am also going to contact catholic charities to make sure that they know what you are doing in your office, and the mistreatment of these people who help the elderly and the ill. These people need consistency, and your management team are not it."
"My complaint is about Ms. Smith and Elaine. Elaine was my home care aide. She never had me sign off on any of her time sheets. She took off whenever she chose without notice. She claimed to have had several mammograms within the last few months. She hasn't been to work and did a no-call no-show. Ms. Smith is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and disrespectful. I don't know how she still has a job. She talks down to people. She continued sending my father who is suffering from short-term memory loss a home care aide who stole from him, Rita Flynn. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I am displeased with the service that my dad received. I wouldn't refer anyone to this company."
"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Debra Smith is an “ supervisor”, please. She’s unprofessional and incompetence. I asked several for caregivers WILLING to help with my bed ridden with grandmother. All of them were lazy women. Couldn’t even treat my grandma like their own. NEVER agree to have Latricia aka Tricey become your caregiver. She’s probably the laziest, rudest one. She only sits on her phone and barely wanted to work."
"The home care services from ASI have been wonderful! I cannot express the family’s gratitude in helping out with the care my mother in law so desperately needed. It began almost 2 years ago when she had a terrible fall that left her with a sling for a badly bruised left arm, a splinter on her right hand for a sprained thumb, a couple of bruised ribs and walking with the help of a cane. Before her release from the hospital a social worker recommended this service. Initially my mother in law was a bit apprehensive about having a stranger inside her home. Enough that she insisted the only way she would accept the care she (we) desperately needed was if I became certified as her Home Care Aide. After 6 months of taking care of her under the Home Care Aide capacity, I had to regretfully stop due to my increasingly busy work schedule. ASI sent her my replacement after approximately a 2 month period because she was so adamant about not having a stranger inside her home. Soon she realized how much she needed the help. After the first few days of having Maria helping her she no longer was weary of getting at home help from a perfect stranger. She now insists on Maria coming over and just relaxing with her. She says “Maria works too hard”. Thank you ASI and thank you Maria for helping in keeping my mother in law happy and in good spirits."
"Our home care aide helps with laundry, cooking and cleaning. This helps me to get through each day. It is not possible for me without help. She also shops for groceries. I also can talk to my caregiver while my 90 year old husband takes a break. It is hard for him to shop and get my laundry done. My home is clean and I have cooked meals appropriate for my diabetes. We are so grateful. I do not have to go to assisted living or a nursing home. I can be at home with my husband."
