"I have been here to this lab a couple of times and the staff have always been helpful and good with costumer services. One of the staff, I think their name was iris, helped me with questions I had regarding the application process and also insurance stuff. Very helpful and tentative costumer services. "They are working very hard, but they are just being overwhelmed right now. Still waiting on results at 24 hours post-test. The Good: they were very friendly and polite, during a very stressful time. There was a long line but they kept it moving very efficiently. The testing itself was very quick. The Not-So-Good: as mentioned above, I think they are just being overwhelmed. When I booked my appointment (more on that later) they were advertising 8-hr results. A few days before my day, it changed to “up to 24 hours”. The day of my test, it was “24-48 hours”. They also have significantly cut their operating hours to deal with the demand. The day I went, they posted that they would stop swabbing at 1:30! Luckily we were there on time. I wasn’t too worried, because they were offering expedited results for a fee, which I was okay with paying. But . . . The Bad: When I saw that the results time was getting longer and longer I confirmed with them (the day before I went) that they were still offering expedited results, and they said yes. The next day when I arrived and asked, they said expedited results are no longer being offered because it was slowing down their normal processing. So now I’m sweating out whether the results will come back in time for my trip to Canada tomorrow. Also in the bad category, ignore the online registration. There’s only one line, for walk ins and those with a “reservation”. And it doesn’t help to register because you have to do all the forms when you show up. I did 3 stars, which is a neutral rating because, like I said, they are working hard and it’s a really tough time. But there are several things that were frustrating about what they’re advertising vs what they’re delivering right now. UPDATE: Okay, it got weird and I’m not sure what’s going on. Downgraded to two stars just because of the confusion. Shortly after taking the test, I received THREE separate emails with THREE separate registration ID numbers under my name. Then today I got TWO separate result report emails for two of those numbers. Actually, even that is not correct. I received two different results emails under one of the registration notices, and another separate email under one of the other two registration numbers. Oddly, I haven’t received a results email under the third registration number. All from just giving ONE sample. In the meantime my wife, who took the test at the same time I did, never received ANY emails after registration and has not received any emails with results, even though we took the test at the same time, she filled out the same forms listing her information, etc. I now don’t have much confidence in their record keeping and processes. What is going on?"
"There are three seats inside separated by tall plastic walls. Walked right in and It took 5 minutes total from scanning a QR Code on your phone to fill out forms to receiving your nasal swab. I got my PCR results back within 1.5 hours. Super fast and efficient."
