"Update- 1-13-24 Ann from the office is nice. Katie on the other hand is rude and condescending. She called on 1-12. I answered thinking this was my test results. Her first sentence was, that she called me the day before to discuss my outstanding balance and she kept talking about it. I told her, I was at work and hung up. Later that day she had the Nerve to email me and tell me that she was calling me to give me my test results but I didn’t give her a chance. If she was calling about that, she would’ve started with that. She is so so so rude. Hi Kim As you know I tried to call you to go over the issues you have been having with the office along with your test results. However without waiting for me to provide you with your results you just hung up on me without me giving them to you. 1-11-24 I’ve been coming here for at least a decade. The past few years it’s been a decline. Angela and Pooja both told me it would be a 100 for a cash no insurance appt. Now I have a balance of 227 and im being told that was just an upfront payment. Went to see Dr Shah for a possible condition, she tells me, I don’t have it. Then she said it’s probably from (said condition) but that would be impossible. So it meant she didn’t even go over my records. In addition I mentioned another concern and she couldn’t have been bothered. I’ve given this place so many chances. A few months ago I wrote a bad review & they asked me, if I can delete it, they’ll fix it. I won’t delete this one"

"Very rude and selective when it comes to who they treat right at this office. I've tried almost every doctor and can say after one solid year, they all turn numb and non communicative. I've been ignored and spoken down to by nurses and doctors. If you say anything, everyone is really out of touch and doesn't think it's a big deal. Dr. Alyssa Huncken is rude and aggressive. I've never had a doctor give me glares, if you have a problem, lets communicate. Let's figure it out. I would not recommend coming here if you are POC."

"My doctor retired last year and I needed to find a new GP. I went to Changebridge Medical and met Lora McHale. She's amazing. The staff is kind & helpful. I loved it so much - I switched my 5 & 7 yr old daughters over as their new pediatrician as well. Dr. Huncken is wonderful and so good with my 3 girls! Parking is super easy as well. Overall it's been a great experience for the last year."
