"*Disappointing Experience with Scheduling* I was looking forward to my appointment at Lucid Dermatology , but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor communication and inefficient scheduling. Despite requesting my insurance information four days prior, the front desk staff (Ms.Divina) didn't attempt to obtain the necessary referral until mere minutes before my scheduled appointment time. This lack of proactive planning caused unnecessary stress and could have easily been avoided with better coordination. While I hope the care provided by the dermatologists will be top-notch, the administrative mishaps left a sour taste. I hope the office takes steps to improve their scheduling processes to prevent similar situations in the future."
