"I was super pleased with the care I received at this clinic. I had to get an MRI and I was nervous the whole week leading up to it, but Lydia, Monica, and Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. As soon as I got into the MRI room, I instantly felt at ease. The technology seems really up to date and the room is has a nice atmosphere. I was given earplugs and headphones so I could listen to music, and Kelsey was really awesome about checking in and setting expectations about what was coming next. I felt very taken care of and everyone had a smile, I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone!"

"I have brought many people here over the years and there is always some kind of a problem, that's what has compelled me to write this. From botched appt times, to phony excuses, rudeness, sickness from dye, and more! I even brung a crippled gal all the way over from the coast for an MRI and of course they said she was now unapproved and were unapologetic, just horrible really. A few were even laughing at the whole scene, I became irate and took a stand and told them I was going to spread the word about this place. That's just too many times that things have gone awry for too many different people. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from here!"

"Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Dr sent orders and authorization over on a Thursday. Come Tuesday, after several phone calls, I still couldn't schedule. They gave so many excuses and when I pushed back with information directly from my insurance and doctor they were rude. Exhausted and frustrated I called my doctor's office and asked if they had an imaging lab they preferred to work with. At 9:16 am they transferred my orders to Diagnostic Imaging in Woodburn and at 9:25am I got off the call with Diagnostic Imaging with an appointment for the very next Thursday. I consistently struggled with Salem Radiology and their willingness to double check fax/orders. I encourage you to save yourself the headache and drive a bit farther if you can."
