"So disappointing! If you are planning on purchasing a Groupon, call BEFORE you spend the money. After I paid for my voucher, I made an appointment online, and called the next morning to confirm, only to be told there are no providers available that day and if I had shown up for my appointment I would have been treated as a walk-in. Apparently they "just switched" to a new online system and it's not working correctly. Also, their X-ray machine is not working either, which is included in the cost of the package. So if you need X-rays you'll be referred somewhere else and you will have to pay or use your insurance, if you have any. So many issues before even going to the location. The customer service is abysmal and this just seems like a scam to me. I did cancel my voucher on Groupon (which btw, if you want an actual refund and not a credit, it can take up to 2 weeks to go back to your bank)."
