"Had to get a new phone and number. I tried calling the office to let them know, I consistently get the bot telling me "press 1 to leave a callback number" I tried it several times and I just get the same audio telling me to do the same thing. Took about 6 tries and pressing 1 excessively in order to leave a voicemail. I wasn't given an option to use an extension number either. Very confused"
