"I am absolutely losing my mind with this place... Don't get me wrong, I love my provider, but as many other reviews have stated: getting ahold of anyone is a nightmare and near impossible. Out of a medication and need to call the MA line? Surprise, their mailbox is full. Decide to reach out to the front desk/scheduling to relay your message instead? Surprise, their phone line just rings forever. As you're waiting for someone to pick up, an automated system offers to call you back when they're available, and when you choose that option, get this: IT TELLS YOU THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL AND THE LINE THEN DISCONNECTS!!! Absolutely absurd. It's the most unprofessional thing I've ever witnessed from a place of business, especially one that you rely on for mental health services. How dare you treat patients this way."
"Unable to get ahold of my doctor for going on three weeks despite numerous calls to get a prescription refill. After leaving voicemails the first week I was finally greeted with full voicemail boxes. Absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT go here. They are utterly unable to handle basic business practices."
"Yesenia in scheduling is extremely unprofessional and rude. After hanging up on me when trying to schedule to see Dr. Lockwood for the first time, I tried calling back 7 times and she would not answer the phone. My husband called back from his phone and she answered right away. He asked for an office manager and she sent us to an extension for scheduling Botox instead. We called back later Stephanie answered in scheduling and gave us the information that if Yesenia had put us through to the office manager extension it would not have said it was the Botox scheduler. Yesenia is a racist! I am confident that this is why we were treated horribly for no reason. She does not get to play god with my healthcare and I will be going elsewhere where I know I will be treated as a valued human. Literally appalled by how we were treated today!"
"Return patient from 2018 and they messed all my history up. After thousands in tests they didn’t even make comparisons so I requested my medical records. After calling more than 30 times within a month it took that long to get a hold of anyone to request the documents, another 3 weeks before I demanded management get involved. I had to go in person to get them to actually do what I asked. Waste of time and money, not very knowledgeable and customer service was the worst I’ve ever had. I’m embarrassed for them if this is how they now represent themselves. I had dr An and was very disappointed in her team and professionalism. Mayo Clinic has been informed and will not be recommending patients to seek treatment ongoing outside of Mayo. Hope they get themselves together and fast because it’s pretty horrible as it stands."
"I had hoped to circumvent writing this, but now I find myself uncertain of what course of action to take. Allow me to share my current situation with you: I was genuinely hopeful and eager when I found this recommended provider at this location through my insurance. Following my primary care physician's recommendation, my primary faxed a referral to Dr. Rabin at your Chandler office, as confirmed by a timestamped receipt. However, upon attempting to schedule an appointment, I was met with rejection from the Chandler front desk staff regarding the status of my referral. They claimed their fax, listed on the website, had been down since May 3rd, and that they had not received it, which struck me as unusual given its critical role in your operations. (PS! They did ask about my insurance before the fax excuse) I was told to deliver the referral in person. Despite my husband delivering the referral in person the following day, I was informed by the gals at front desk that the clinic still needed to receive it via fax (the same fax that was out of work since May 3rd and they had no other fax?). How would that even work? This conflicting information left me frustrated and uncertain about the next steps. Upon requesting to speak with the office manager, I was promised a transfer to Claudia but was abruptly disconnected and hung up on before the call could even be 'transferred'. This treatment of a patient referred to through your in-network insurance is disheartening, and I am left questioning the integrity of your referral process and operations. My sole desire is to schedule an appointment with a provider I have spent two months searching for, and I am disheartened by the apparent obstacles in doing so. I was considering filing an official complaint but am hopeful for an honest resolution to this matter. It is my hope that other patients have not faced similar challenges. As someone who relies on your services for assistance, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of clarity and professionalism displayed in this interaction. I had hoped to secure an appointment by the end of this week. However, it appears that this will not be possible, despite your participation in my insurance network. This situation raises questions about the purpose of being in network if patients encounter such difficulties. Thank you"
