Additionally I needed medical supplies and she refused to provide a prior authorization so I’d be able to receive them. She was extremely inconsiderate to me."

"30 minutes before my telehealth visit, someone at the office advised me that there could be a problem with my appointment. She promised that I would get a return phone call in the next 15 minutes. That call never came. I called the provider and found out that, since I was in another state She was not licensed in, we could not have the visit. I totally understand the providers situation. What I don’t understand. Is why I never got the call that I was promised. I think the provider is handling my case management very well. I also think that Office staff should be held accountable for the error and not calling me back."
