"First few visits were great. They listened to my concerns, ran the necessary tests and everything. No long wait time. Maybe one other person in the waiting room with you while you wait. Still had to run up behind them about certain test results though. Then they started not being as available as before. The nurse got to where you have to keep calling but on her voice-mail, it says not to leave multiple messages or it will delay your call back. But if you're not calling back or answering when we do call, then what am i supposed to do? I was having a hard time getting my prescriptions filled and couldn't get in the doctor visits I needed due to their problems with my insurance company. Their communication skills with their patients is horrible. We're completely left in the dark unless we call and try to figure it out ourselves. Then all of a sudden they just stop answering or returning my calls and my messages on the app. I still haven't heard back from them in 2 months. I went ahead and canceled my appointment. They would actually be good to still stay with if they would improve how they handle their patients and be more caring. It's our health that needs to be taken more seriously."

His nurse Sherlena and Angie at the front desk are both so welcoming and precious. They are all very knowledgeable and I feel I am in wonderful hands with the entire team. It is always easy to schedule an appointment. The front office staff is very friendly, and they keep your wait time in the office to a minimum.
