Erick took the time to explain and go over what we needed in order to have the most positive results with the orthotics. We are ordering 3 additional pairs and just pick up my dads order. His 72 and loves them. He was hesitant and unsure but after wearing them for 8 months and it has made such a difference. Wearing the adequate shoe, right size and the orthotics make a huge difference in improving pronation and pain. I decided to order a second pair due to such a wonderful experience. Unfortunately front desk staff is uninformed and not knowledgeable. Once I got a text stating the orthotic was ready, I called and was told it was required to make an appointment to pick them up. I asked on the phone again if was necessary because it is my second pair. It took over a week to find an available time. I get to the appointment and the technician is on lunch…. If it was so important to have an appointment maybe don’t schedule them while they are on lunch. I picked up my orthotics and left disappointed. Truly unprofessional front desk personnel"

"I recently received my pair of custom orthotics from Bio Orthopedic Lab. I couldn't be happier. I have insurance, but my coverage did not include custom orthotics. I was advised to contact Bio Orthotic Lab and order them directly. I had the choice to come in and be seen by a technician, but I do not live nearby. They said, No Problem. They sent a box that I used to create an impression of my feet. I also drew around current insoles of my shoes on the outside of the box. About a week later, I received my set of insoles. Truth be told, I didn't expect much. Once my foot settled in the shoe, it was like magic. My feet were much more stable, comfortable, and grounded. Moreover, I've spent several days on my feet for over 8 hours straight with none of the pain and fatigue I had on previous shifts. I'm exceedingly grateful for Bio Orthopedic Lab and want to encourage anyone who thinks they may benefit from custom insoles to do it right away. My only regret is not getting these sooner."
