"Dr. Mudiyala is very professional have great bed side manners. She's genuinely concern about her patients. Everytime I have an appointment she give me quality care. When you have test done, she calls you not a nurse and discuss your lab results. She always return calls. I would recommend her to everyone and I have in the past."

"Dr. Mudiyala is good, she is patient and listens to everything you have to say and doesn't rush you. I would give 5 stars if this were solely for her but it isn't. She has the nastiest, rudest women working for her office staff. Anytime you call her office you're guaranteed to get a rude sassy person on the phone. This has led to me going elsewhere for my PCP. I liked her but I refuse to deal with those nasty women back there ever again. I wouldn't bother going here and I hope she gets new staff as they're holding her back."

"My experience with Dr. Mudiyala was satisfactory; however, when it comes to her office staff, that's a different opinion. 99% of her office staff attitudes' and demeanor is awful and is very unprofessional. They don't greet you and they seem as if they don't want to be there. The same office staff administer your vitals. wow! ( My first) ... Please be aware of the amounts that you are charged for your office visits... It is my hope that Dr. Mudiyala will someday soon be able to receive updated medical equipment as well as staff. She deserves it."

"This review is not because of Dr. Mudiyala but because of an exchange I had with one of her receptionist today. I have been seeing Dr. Mudiyala for years. She is a fantastic Dr., caring, compassionate and thorough. Today I called to schedule my annual checkup and the woman who answered the call was ornery and condescending. I will not be coming back to her office in the future because of her. While scheduling my appointment she asked me to spell my last name and I proceeded to do so phonetically so she could understand the letters clearly, not sure what about this caused her to become unhinged. She interrupted me mid sentance and said I was being disrespectful to her. I explained to her you asked me to spell it out and I am and she proceeded to speak over me until finally I told her that she is extremely rude and not that she cares but I would never come to Dr. Mudiyala's office again. She was so worked up that she still asked me did I want the appointment or not? I told her no, said goodbye and hungup. If my husband didn't already have his appointment booked so soon I would cancel it, as well. No one should call an office and have to deal with that type of treatment. I can tell from the voice that it is an older African American woman that has been at the front office for years, her attitude and demeanor is horrible."

"I chose Dr Mudiyala to care for my 94 year old mother. The doctor is excellent. She is very patient and very calm. She takes her time and provides great information on how to care for an older person. There are few geriatric physicians in the area and I am to have chosen her. The office staff is also very professional and very pleasant. Getting lab work (blood tests) done is very convenient right across the parking lot from the doctor's office."
