"I have been coming to this office for over 10 years and never had an issue until recently, which was during my wife’s last visit. She was told by the dentist “why are you smiling, you have 5 cavities” and walked away without any explanation. I am truly disappointed by these actions because I have trusted this office and stood by them for so long. I will never recommend them nor will I ever come back."

"Very upset and disappointed with the dental care available around here. I can’t seem to find a good, honest dentist around Smyrna, Georgia. Just got charged $50 for mouthwash and toothpaste. They never told me up front, at the first visit just handed me the toothpaste and mouthwash. They just charged me on the back end and tried to tell me they told me what it was for originally. I would have reacted like this at that time originally if you had told me that originally too! This place will rip you off. Not going back. Patients beware. I appreciate what you say, but I was not informed of that option until my 2nd visit, when I had already been charged for the toothpaste and mouthwash, which were just handed to me without that explanation at my first visit."

"I didn’t even make into the office. They turned me off via the phone. The receptionists (plural) that kept calling me seemed as though they weren’t at all capable of setting the appointments, checking insurance, and was unaware of basic information or how to relay information to the patient… very unprofessional. Almost as though it was everyone’s first day. That coupled with the negative reviews made me reluctant to go there for treatment."
