"My office tried unsuccessfully for several weeks to find a company that could conduct an EPE for an x-ray machine that we relocated. The state sent us a violation notice, and called us regularly to inquire about this inspection that we needed. Finally, after several failed attempts, I found VXS Imaging. The associate I spoke to was very friendly and informative, and was, seemingly, sympathetic to the problems that we were having. After our conversation, I was confident that they would expedite the handling of my account. Needless to say, I was totally disappointed when the technician didn't even show up for the initial appointment, and didn't keep his follow-up appointments.
