"Me and my friends worked here too. This guy is horrible. Business based out of Phoenix. He changes companies name when regulations seek to shut him down. He doesn't pay on time or at all. He is a liar. I worked for 5 weeks and nursing staff was banning me from their sites. Later discovered that he hires crews they quit cause he wont pay them starts over every month. His name is Sam. Report him to TWC in Texas they are looking for him for not paying employees in Texas. He keeps changing name but i know this is LabRad from Phoenix, AZ."
