"I am very impressed with the entire organization. The staff is amazing. I was given three referrals by my Primary Care doctor and of the three, only this facility accepted my insurance. After days of loud ringing in my ears I was nearly at the end of my ‘rope’ and needed an appointment as soon as possible. The online scheduling tool is the preferred method of making an appointment which I used but didn’t feel the sense of urgency was conveyed.
