"I have mixed feelings about this place. The main pedestrians are good, kind, and know what they’re doing. However, I cannot quite say the same about some of the nurses that help run the place. I think they have potential but there’s definitely some work needed. It’s not too difficult to get an appointment scheduled but once there, the waiting times are often long, even if arriving way before the appointment time. I do agree with some of the other comments about the place needing some cleaning/hygienic practices. Some of the equipment is outdated too, probably could use an upgrade."

"Dr. Fader and the Nurse practitioner are the best. I feel that they really listen to our concerns with our daughters. Previous doctors actually wouldn't even really let us talk.. They take the time to really explain things to us and actually care."

"We have been seeing doctor Fader for 17 years. There is no doubt he is the best with both my daughters. I just can’t understand how he can tolerate the office staff. Here we are at 920 am and the phones are still forwarded to answering service. Now from time to time I can understand but this consistent inability to follow set business hours, maybe change the recorded hours. Also last week I called at 830 and the made an appointment at 2pm. We show up with my sick kid and they turn us away because they all claimed that they did not make the appointment. They blamed the answering service even though I showed my cell phone call. Ok so then they didn’t make an attempt to squeeze us in or try to make room for the next day! Remember we have been going there 17 years. I Know Dr. Fader has to be close to retirement but this great facility has gone from 5 star to 1 star and has lost any referrals from us. Best of luck getting a change in that office."

"Dr Fader and Matilda are great but I've had difficulties with the office manager and Felicia. Trying to get authorizations and referrals. Once they even gave us an incorrect prescription which they made difficult to correct. Now the office manager has said they can no longer see my soon because he has she'd out at 21. My son is disabled with autism and was getting ready to have multiple surgeries. His Medicaid said they would continue to pay for him to continue with his regular doctor until age 26 because is his disabilities. Unfortunately the office manager still said no. Now we have to put off his surgeries until we can get reestablished with a new doctor and request new referrals and authorizations. This is all most difficult for my son. He really loves Dr Fader. I don't know if he'll even let a me doctor fully check him over. Sad times when patient care is no longer a priority."
