"Dr Robker healed my right elbow. What else can I say? I had so much pain before I couldn't lift weights. It's been quite a while since my procedure, and I have zero pain. Not only is Dr Robker a responsive and quality doctor, he's an excellent human being. Any ortho extremity issues, I won't go to anyone else"
"I hope this review doesn’t fall onto deaf ears within the company. My doctor and the staff were all great and professional but here are the issues I ran into: 1) Every appointment with my doctor I would end up waiting 30-60 minutes in the patient room before being seen just for the doc to rush in and see me for 3-5 minutes. 2) The week before my surgery they called and tried to reschedule me even though I had a lot of things planned and lined up, including flying in a relative to help me with recovery. Turns out that they did this because they had a Christmas party they wanted to let out early for…. 3) EVERY time I tried to get ahold of the doctor for routine items, I would have to leave 2-3 voicemails just to get a call back a week later. This is unacceptable. Eventually I needed a new physical therapy prescription 6 months after surgery and I never got a call back after 3 voicemails, leading me to see a new doctor. That is absurd! 4) Lastly, their billing department needs to reel it in. I never received a bill and eventually received notice from collections. When I reached out, they said it was sent in error and they would fix it. That is an unacceptable mistake as it could seriously affect someone’s credit."
"Terrible service! First, we called and asked if they in network with our insurance, we gave them a copy of the insurance card, they confirmed they’re in network. After having one appointment and an MRI scan we discovered that they’re out of network. Second, we called then when we found out, and they kept saying we are in network, we added the insurance to the line, and they kept saying we are in network although the insurance representative herself was saying no. crazy! Third, they sent us a $730 bill. We tried to call many times, finally after getting hold of them, asked to settle the situation and we can pay part of the bill, but not the full bill. They said will check and call you back. Fourth, the next thing we heard is receiving a bill from the collection company!!! At that point we found out this is a hopeless case to find a rational person to talk to at that office. We don’t like to make troubles, but I wished to take them to court, just to pay for their mistakes and misinformation. Just keep your peace and don’t deal with that office at all."
"Doctors and staff were great even though one of the doctors seemed not so joyfully but still everything was great, UNTILL the BILLING dept. got involved. Got a bill like almost a year after saying I owed money and it said it was my second notice before being sent to collections. I could have disputed the charge but called the number and made the small payment. Now after 6 months I get a notice in the mail from a collections company!!! Someone needs to be fired! Now your messing with people’s credit ratings because of your own negligence. If you ever do business with this place make sure your keep all your payment documents, cause your probably going to need them in the future how ever long that may be! Also you might want to use your own physical therapy place and don’t use the ones belonging/associated with synergy. I took my notice to the place I used and they couldn’t tell me who the bill even came from I.E the surgical center or the physical therapist office! If you pick and use your own physical therapy, and you come into the same problem then you know without a doubt where the bill came from"
"Worst billing service EVER. First bill went to the wrong address so this company sent me to collections. The collections agency had my address - no problem. 2nd visit, I requested to pay in office due to this issue, I was denied. I requested to verify my address with the front desk and it was correct. No bill was sent for a month. I called the office to pay my bill, and was told the bill would come soon. Service date was 6/22/2020. I received my bill on 8/24/21! Over a year later. The phone number on the front of the bill leads to the wrong company and the woman who picks up is rude. A different number on the back of the bill never picks up and has a continuous busy tone regardless of which selection number I make. I've tried all of them. For 2 days in a row at different times of day - same issue. This phone number also states to pay online. However you need an online bill code to pay and the invoice does not provide one at all. I create an account with the system expecting to get in. Still cannot pay this bill with a created account. I called this actual orthopedics office and they are now taking my information down manually with pen and paper. They do not have any record of my account number or name in any system and cannot provide me a confirmation of the payment I just paid a few minutes ago. Is this 1989? Terrible!"
