"This is the most poorly ran establishment I have ever been to. The two women at the front desk were so rude and were talking badly about everyone they talked to on the phone. We sat in the waiting area for almost two hours with no other patients even in the office. And setting for two hours with a two year old is not an easy task. After finally being called back I was informed that if I didn’t hold my child down for 30 minutes after her allergy test to get results that they would. We walked out before they could even begin. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if it’s a child."
"My daughter is a new patient and I was very pleased with the services and accommodations. Friendly staff and the doctor has great bedside manner. They were very thorough when it came to explaining each process and it's reasoning. I had no questions, as I often do, when i left the facility."
"I called to make an appointment, new patient wait time is about 2 months out. I had an appointment for 8:45, so I got there at 8:30 only to see the wait room already full and the staff to act like I never made an appointment. They then proceeded to mention the Doctor wasn’t even in yet! 8:30 am, no doctor, and a full waiting room?! I probably would of had to wait for over an hour to see the doctor anyway. I left my name and number, but they’ve still never called to give me a new appointment time-waste if time and bad customer service."
"Obviously new patients are thing. So at least have the new patient packet ready and accessible for your new patients to fill out. Instead of waiting for almost two hours with an infant. I fed and changed my kid and still wasn’t seen in a timely fashion. Probably a dozen or so people who came AFTER us have been seen already! Not one staff member cared to check on my baby either!"
"The doctor was great here but the reason I rated 3 is because his wife has no customer service etiquette whatsoever two of my children and grandchildren were patience and we visited maybe twice had it not been for her being so rude we all would have continued being patience at the office. When it comes to a parent see you in about their child's health care and the atmosphere is not right and the people are not courteous and rude it takes away a lot from the doctor Who was great by the way"
