"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought a dress here for $179 (+ tax) for a guest wedding dress and then realized it was way too much for a dress Im going to only wear once. I came back 4-5 days later with the dress to return it, tags still on, no rips, no stains. The “manager” still said “no all sales are final”. NEVER even asked me what the reason was or tried to hear me out. Never go here unless you want to be disrespected as a PAYING CUSTOMER…… only go if you are 110% sure it is the dress you want and willing to spend a lot of money for it."

"This is for the sparkle in Arizona Mills. I brought a dress for a wedding and I literally sat down once and the dress ripped right down the middle of the butt area. The quality of the dress is very cheap. I was very upset I only had it on for a couple of minutes. These dresses are also not cheap I paid 250 for it. The man didn’t what so ever try and make some soft of arrangement with me about it he just kept being rude and say that I could not be returned."

"I got my wedding dress from this store and I thought my whole experience was absolutely wonderful!!! My dress is gorgeous and I needed alterations done and thoses were done in a very timely manner and relatively cheap for what I needed done! The customer service was outstanding…. I wasn’t able to pick up my dress the day it was done and had to extend it being at the store for some time and they were totally understanding about… I would highly recommend this store! Beautiful dresses, timely alterations, and wonderful customer service!!! 5/5 starts"

"I got a prom dress yesterday from here. They had a good selection for decent prices. The straps did need altering but it was done quickly and with a reasonable price. The ladies were very helpful in making my selection even though I was indecisive. They were patient and helpful. I found a dress that was a good price and fit the theme of my prom and fit well. I went into the mall expecting to compromise on one of those three but I didn't need to. I'm happy I found them."
