"We used Fancy Frocks for tuxedo rentals for our June 2024 wedding. The whole team at FF were amazing! The process was so easy and they helped every step of the way. Some of our groomsmen had to send in their measurements and luckily we had no issues. My dad and stepdad both went in to get measured and Teri and Mary were very helpful and so nice! The owner Paula was there as well and she was extremely welcoming and sweet! Also, the tuxedos we got were great quality and exactly what I was picturing the groomsmen in for our big day. We highly recommend using them for any event!! Thanks ladies!!"

"I would like to share my experience at Fancy Frocks looking for my prom dress. I came with my friend to look at prom dresses, and I fell in love with this one dress. My mom and I were set on this dress, until we found a large sized whole hole in the middle of the dress by the zipper, and one of the straps broke as the lady was zipping and tying me up. Looking at the dress you can tell it’s been tried on a lot and very worn. I still loved this dress and I couldn’t let it go. We proposed an offer to take the dress as is so intern we will fix the pretty significant sized hole in the dress. We asked the sales associate for a discount and the OWNER offered us $8 off this almost $700 dress, we then asked 10% off and the sales associate told us the owner said no and even that she started with $5 off to begin with. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that this owner made the decision to let this offer go on an already damaged dress. I will be sharing my experience with as many people I can, thank you so much fancy frocks for making my experience in your store as magical as possible…"
