"I went to this nail shop. It was terrible. I went to get previous gel polish off and to get a manicure. She attempted to remove the gel polish by peeling it, after I told her twice to remove gel polish properly with her tools. She cut my nails, barely filed them. It doesn’t look professional. They also didn’t do a good job with my mother or grandmother. I cannot recommend this place and I would not come return."

"The girl who did my pedicure split BOTH of my big toe nails in the same spot on both feet, IT IS BAD…I won’t be returning. My tip’s are literally pointing upward toward the sky…for $150 this was straight up robbery & mistreatment. These area nail salons charge crazy high for super sub par work. I live super close to here and a few others but I’m so over the mediocrity and high prices when I know better and have received better elsewhere. I’m so upset because these splits are so bad it’ll be too easy to get an infection if I go somewhere else for a pedicure so I’m gonna have to just remove the gel and silk wrap or glue them myself and go without a salon pedicure for a few weeks to a month. Food for thought: Everybody doesn’t have super thick toenails to be able to withstand all of that drilling they do here to remove gel and shape. They really need some experienced technicians here who know what they are doing. The girl kept stabbing me with the cuticle nipper and still didn’t deliver a clean pedicure. It was just a horrible experience. I ask for coffin or ballerina nails and get imperfect squares pointing to the sky. These were for thanksgiving but I won’t be returning. I just moved here to Tupelo frm Philly and I have yet to find a nail salon who does great/beautiful work and a complete thorough pedicure where my cuticles aren’t all cut up frm them drilling them to no end."

"The people who does nails here have no experience if you ask me. They're not friendly and my nails looked awful!! My nails were not filed correctly, they used too many different sizes on my nails and let a whole lot of excess around my nails. I asked them to clean it off and shape them correctly, the lady that rubs your card got an attitude and tried to overcharge me for services I didn't even get. I will never return. Use the man and not the women!!"
