"I walked in and asked for my hair to be thinned out and layered. I have thick hair and just wanted it be lighter. Well not to be rude but as soon as the girl touched my hair I knew she was new ! I don’t like to judge , so I just let her do what she was trained to do. I knew she took way to long on one spot in the back and when she gave me the mirror to look when she was done she ran her fingers through my hair at the same time so it wasn’t that noticeable. When I got home and looked it was a big gap missing . I’m very upset and now I have to pay someone else to fix it (hopefully). I really just wish that when mangers hire people to represent their Business name to really watch them and make sure they are doing Quality work , especially someone’s appearance. I hope she gets more proper training . I hate doing bad reviews but it is upsetting."
