"Wow, what a great place. This roast is owned and operated by a couple that has a passion and great knowledge for coffee. I was a little confused at first on how to buy coffee but turns out I was over thinking it...you order online and they will either deliver or you can stop and pick up. They ship most of their coffee so the business is not a fancy place to sit down, and honestly I wasn't looking for that either. I just wanted a place dedicated to roasting and selling great coffee and this place it just that. Do yourself and them a favor by buying from a small business and supporting a great family who knows how to roast. If I owned a restaurant I would use them to supply the coffee. Very highly recommended. Glad I found a local supplier who roasts on-site..i cant say thanks enough....oh..and buy a hand made mug from them too."
"Was looking for a local Long Island roaster and came across the website for Rural Coffee and took a chance ordering 2 bags out of the blue. The shipping and packaging were outstanding and I have been very pleased with the coffee. I ordered the Supremo Blend and the Sumatra Mandhedling. The Sumatra has always been a favorite of mine and this one didn't disappoint. Pricing was fair and so was the shipping cost. Give them a try."
