"Tyler Smith came out n set up bike n instructions excellent. After 4 days of trying to do exercises n pain getting worse. I called to discuss concerns, nurse was condescending, didn't listen, and treated me like I was a child. Interrupted me every time I tried to talk. I stopped talking and she continued to treat me as if I didn't know anything about the surgery. Said I wasn't listening. Listenin when I said she was deflecting she interrupted again. I said thank you for your time and and hung up if she can't give helpfully info she doesn't need to be in this profession."
"The STAT Home Health Care nurse was told, for several weeks/visits that the site of the incision were hard, painful and warm, then red for several days before being taken to the emergency room and then admitted to the hospital for 5 days with Seromas (3) and Staph infection."

Fired them 3rd time out and thought 4th time they may have got their act together only to be more disappointed and just disgusted how they operate and!
