"ADDUS Homecare was previously named CareStaff. I had written a detailed review that kindly described many reasons in which this company is Unprofessional / Unreliable / Incompetent as a company and unable to provide the hours of care to veterans that they are contracted to provide. The screen cleared before I was able to send it. This time I will try to send the important stuff. Run from this company!!! PS: They lie. The ratings (stars) that they average on their reviews would be much lower if they did not have ADDUS / CareStaff employees put in 5 star reviews on themselves. If I have more time or they decide to respond with lies, I will be glad to send a 2nd review with details and proof of their wrong doings. Larry Menard"

"Horrible!!! The employer treats employees and clients like garbage. Cusses there workers for not being able to work shifts outside of there scheduled work week, even if the available schedule was agreed to before employment. Allows employees to steal prescription drugs from clients and refuses to take disciplinary action due to lack of ability to find workers. (Probably from lack of respect). Employees are punished for positive covid tests, withholding paychecks from workers until they see fit, constantly losing important paperwork for the worker to stay employed, major long-term neglect for bed-bound clients, the list goes on and on. Currently trying to find a way to report them and get them shut down permanently. if anyone can help, please do. Thank you."

"This is a wonderful place to work! The owners are wonderful! All of the employees received a bonus this past quarter. They are concerned about their employees during the pandemic and made sure everyone had the equipment they needed to stay safe. The field staff are wonderful and put their clients first. I would encourage anyone who would like to be a part of a great team to apply."

"This is one of the most unprofessional and worst place in Pensacola to work for. I worked for this place three days and they wanted me to do extremely housekeeping not personally care but Molly the maid type of work, and don't be sick and call out to let someone know so that they can get a replacement for you, they aregoing to be very rude to you and tell you if you don't go to doctor you can't come back to work, really with everything going on now the hospital don't even want you there and beside of that I'm retired military and still can't get appointment unless it's emergency. This place is a joke they want you to do all this work for $10.00 and hour and don't even paid you to travel to the client house. I see why they are always hiring. Like told the girl that called me i thank you for the job but no thanks after working there three days to long. I have a Associate Degree in science and all you can pay me is 10.00$ This is one of the worst job ever"
