"This location does not have enough employees on the floor to watch and disconnect and connect donors at the same time. Waited to long before I was taken off the machine.I wasn't the only one there was a guy nearly about to take his own needle out until the girl told him not to touch it.Wait time after DC is ridiculous...heads up.I don't plan on returning for fear of this happening twice. The previous review was correct they act like they don't care for the donor. If you don't want to be stuck on the machine after donating try another center thats fully staffed."

"I gave 3 stars because the outside of the place looks like a rehab center. Like this is the only space on the strip mall that looks TERRIBLE. YALL can’t get nobody to come and sweep outside? Other than that I dig the place. The ppl working there are always pleasant. Except for one and she probably got a hard life or something cause it’s no way she would be mean to me unless she got issues outside work. It’s all good tho. Maybe she doesn’t like men. That’s cool too. But yea, sweep outside your spot every day. Ain’t this a business fam?"

"They start a new policy that you need to make and appoiment for making your donation , but if you miss your appoiment they don't let you donate the same day in a different time , but this makes no sense since the walk in are still welcome. I feel highly discriminated because they refuse to let me donate and at the same time it was people in the kiosk answering the routine questions. The staff lady I wish I knew her name told me that they did not have more space available for me because I miss my appoimnet , is bad way of doing business since in the same week I miss my appoiment and they let me donate the same day with no issues. I guess they did not want to help me out because it was one hours before they close. SMH. Bad way of performing or conducting a business. They also told me that they have a cut off time to resive people. If they have that why they have their business hours post it in the front door."

"Pleasently surprised by the good experience I had donating for my first time today. Each of the staff members who helped me, from the front desk to vitals to floor, were friendly and kind. I'm sure it helped that I came at a less busy time (Sunday morning). I'd recommend this place to anyone and look forward to coming back!"

"The staff here are very courteous & professional. The process of donating without an appointment is very accommodating. The waiting area is very clean or organized. Free Wifi is a plus factor. Payouts are competitive. Donor area is clean & sanitized after every donation. The only negative I can give this place is it only has 1 restroom toilet for the men & 1 restroom toilet for the women. If you need to relieve yourself badly and the door is locked then you sometimes have an unbearable long wait."
