Founded by the passionate husband and wife team, Heather and Mathieu Jourdan-Gassin, Saint Germain first opened its doors in Old Fourth Ward’s historic Ponce City Market in 2016, quickly becoming a beloved staple for locals and visitors alike.
In 2021, we expanded our reach with new locations in Atlanta’s bustling Westside at the Interlock and in the charming Buckhead Village District, continuing our mission to bring the finest French patisserie to the city. Our menu boasts an exquisite selection of classic French pastries, delicate patisserie, vibrant macarons, and a curated list of fine wines and aromatic coffee, all crafted with the utmost care and precision.

"Everything was wonderful the food the drinks to the recommendations. I had a lovely time. It was very clean. Everybody knew what they were talking about. I felt very welcomed. They were very helpful. Not to mention, they’re very patient and timely with everything 10 out of 10 will recommend The only downfall is that the chairs were a little uncomfortable. I couldn’t sit outside because they were too small. The ones inside were a tad bit uncomfortable, but the temperature was great atmosphere was great. Everything and everyone was clear and I was able to understand Just a great experience overall the person that waited on me was also very kind and nice and helped his name was Logan . If you ever go, you should ask for him because he knows what he’s talking about. All he recommended was delicious. Well plated and I could tell they great care at the store and they hire. Omg and they speak French it was like the took me to vacation wow the experience is so wow"

"Quaint bakery with some delectable pastries to choose from. However, some of them looked better than they tasted, which was unfortunate. At around $8 a pop you expect the flavors to be on point. Was a fun outing though."

"Tasty!!! Great stop for coffee and desserts after dinner in buckhead village. Nice, cozy decors! They serve coffee, beer, rose, and wine! Large amt of options for those with sweet tooth. Def gonna be back! Enjoyed it with my nieces. Good service! The man was very friendly."
