"I have known about this organization for quite some time through previous clients. They provide **no medical/clinical assistance of any kind** regardless of what they tell you(HHA, CNA etc). There is no justification for their lack of continuity, dependability, or lack of sequence , or cohesion. I am sorry for their inefficiency and very poor quality of care and unprofessional coordination of care."

"Most caregivers are knowledgeable in basic care for personally disabled. However, not all caregivers have the motivation or desire to do anything unless you ask them and tell them how to do it when it comes to basic home chores, such as vacuuming, or dusting, or wiping down counters, or cleaning the bathroom, the toilets. Some rather just sit and wait these are the caregivers that you really don’t want them doing the important things because they are just lazy."

"The 3 stars go to my aid and her alone and the 2 bad or missing stars go to the company themselves. She herself is amazing timely and helpful. She doesn't judge or look down on me for my disabilities. I'm a disabled veteran and the company would let staff just jot show up and not replace them. They don't open until 0830 but send the caregivers at 0800 so if you have issues you have to wait and probably not get a caregiver that day. Today I got a call stating they're "taking" my regular Monday through Friday caregiver and "giving" her to someone else tomorrow but I'll be without anyone tomorrow morning and mornings are when I need help the most hence the va approving 5x a week morning help. Before my current and amazing aid they'd always leave early show up late or not at all and I assume management chooses poorly or treats staff poorly maybe both but either way if I loose my amazing aid I'll ask the va to send a different company."
