"I have been donating on and off since 2007 so I have been through a lot of their changes, covid, childcare days, etc. However, waiting almost a full 2 hours just to be seated to donate!? Why do they have all these sections, and only a few of them open to seat people!? Bad management? Pay? They work hard and are always so nice. It's nice that I'm able to come on my days off to make extra money to help my family and me out."
"Staff is great but I don't understand why there are so many chairs available all set up with nobody sitting in them. I have seen 2 complete areas and and some areas with only one or two people sitting the rest of the chairs are empty but all set up as well. Just sit the people all ready and at least let us have a chair . Waiting 2 hours from the time I got here and still not in a chair. I see several ready."
"Been donating here since February of this year. I highly recommend this facility. It’s always clean, the staff is always so nice to me, and even with the long lines (sometimes) everyone is always working really hard. I appreciate the effort these employees put in day in and day out to make us all comfortable. I recently recommended 2 of my friends here and so far they told me they like the place. I’m def a happy donor!"
"Honestly fantastic service. I had never donated plasma or even blood before so was quite nervous and inexperienced. They walked me through the whole process step by step, made me feel very reassured, helped me understand every step throughout and everyone was so kind and friendly! Would recommend this location to everyone! They can't control understaffing, don't be so rude about it other reviewers."
