"Took my 2 year old special needs son here. This isn't normally where we go but where his doctor sent in the referral to so we came to see if they could help. The check in nurse, the nurse who brought us back to our room and the check out nurse was as WONDERFUL that's why I put a star there. The doctor kept looking up info about drugs and other stuff on his cell phone not a work computer that was in the room but his own personal phone. He didn't even have my sons chart or know how old he was. Kept saying he's 3 after we said a few times he just turned 2. He put him in meds did call the pharmacy we use to see if they make it into a liquid. The doctor said he had to call it in and couldn't do it on the computer I don't know why. Ok no problem thought we was getting help. I go to get the meds they said takes 24 hours to get ready ok no worries I'll till tomorrow. We'll the pharmacy won't fill it cause they need approval again from the doctor office. They have called the doctor office and left voicemail no one answers. Says they have 72 hours to respond. I have called myself during the day around 11am and during the week so I know they are open. No one answered. And when I called I heard we have 72 hours to respond that was about 6 days ago. So if you need meds or need help with anything don't go here unless you want to wait a long time in the waiting room, call them and them not answer and wait for a call back way after the 72 hour mark. I'm moving my son out of their care seems like they don't know what they are doing. The nurses their are amazing tho!!!!! The doctors are not worth the drive rather drive to bham then to them."

"My son sees Dr. Corley and he has been great. Dr. Corley is very thorough and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. The ladies at check in and check out are all very pleasant!"

"The providers are exceptional. I see Dr. Tafazoli for sleep and Dr. Corley for asthma. They both always take the time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns and formulate a plan with me for further care. Both doctors are the most thorough providers I've ever had and I greatly appreciate that. The staff always greets me with a smile and are happy to help me with anything that I need."

"Dr. Corley is great. But no one answers the phone or calls back. This could be life threatening! My family member is dependent on certain meds and can’t get her prescription filled because no one has called since 11/28 appointment. I could go on but very frustrating!"

"I am putting this at three stars because the ladies at the counter were professional and got me checked in quickly. I arrived about 20-25 prior to my appointment since I was a new patient and I was checked in just a few minutes, that part was a good experience. After that, I sat down and waited for my 10:00 appointment. At 11:00 I went back up to the counter and told them I was leaving. I had planned out an hour for the visit so that if things were a little delayed I’d be okay. I spent the entire hour in the waiting room. I see several reviews about the wait time, and there was a lady ahead of me that had also been waiting over an hour. I don’t know how long everyone else waited. If you expect your patients to be on time, please practice that yourself. If I had shown up at 11:00, with a 10:00 appointment time that was on time, I would have been told I have to reschedule. A few minutes is one thing, over an hour just seems like you don’t care about your patients since this seems to have been happening for a long time. Maybe schedule less appointments per day, or get more doctors, but please show your patients, the ones who make it possible for you to pay the bills, the same respect you expect. If you do go to this facility, plan extra time in case you run into what I did."
