"Ive been going here for a few years and have had a great experience. I see Caitlin for regular gyno appointments and she has always been very helpful and 100% supportive of my wants/ needs. She listens to issues you are having and helps find a solution. Dr. Aguayo was my OB for my twin pregnancy and is also amazing. She doesn’t rush you out of the room but instead will sit and talk to you about anything you have questions about. I had a great experience with my first c-section and she even let us stay in the hospital an extra day with no issue since I was having a lot of pain in recovery. My scarring is minimal and looks great. Their ultrasound tech, Gina, is one of the best I’ve seen. She makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time and also makes sure to get you lots of good pictures of your baby(s). Front desk and nurses are all really sweet too. I don’t ever have any issues getting an appointment or reaching them by phone. Sometimes the wait times can be long if they’re really busy but it’s worth it to me. Overall definitely recommend."

"Dr. Aguayo and NP Danielle, are the best I truly love them and loved receiving care from them. Front office staff is nice, Billing NOT so much. I received a call threatening not to deliver my child because I didn't have their money "in time" although prior to birth of my son it was paid 100% AND they ended up owing me money. When I received the call stating they wouldn't deliver my baby unless it was paid in full, my mom called and spoke with them in a less irate way as I was a first time mom and couldn't understand why someone would threaten the birth of my child over money I had every intention on paying and at this time I was 5x further than irate. I am now pregnant with my daughter and yet again, $$$$$ is all they see. I now see way less genuine care for patients from this place honestly, unlike some others I care about my credit and would love to take care of the Doctors who took care of me. Anyway pregnant with my daughter as of today, I request to meet with the billing department, and now they "enforce a auto pay" SERIOUSLY??? That literally says it all, you see $$$ and not genuine care for your patients. If I was good for the full payment of my son, why are you FORCING me into a contract to pay this in 6 payments in the amount YOU FEEL is affordable? I was told call Connie the Office Manager, I called received the voicemail; OH BUT WAIT!! They didn't get my voicemail, so I get a nasty phone call, stating they can only go to 8 payments rather than 6 since that is breaking the office policy, and it must be on auto pay. Carless, heartless, sarcastic, rude, money hungry, and surely not an office i'd ever choose to deal with again. We are in an economy and a place in the world where KINDNESS goes a lot further than threats over money. Not a collections report on my credit, and I have an office as such coming at me in this direction? Lack of respect, and professionalism. If anything comes from this feedback, I hope that it's for any pregnant woman looking for an OBGYN to look the other direction because you will surely get an amazing doctor, but you will be treated terribly by the billing team if you don't have their funds the moment they want them and you certainly don't have until up to birth, only until 28 weeks. So if your fortunate enough, they will treat you right; if not don't bother because money is what drives them NOT top notch care by any means. If there was a place to report this of higher service, I would because I feel genuinely about how terrible I have been treated over $$, when none the less my son was paid in full and i've never NOT paid them."

"Dr. Aguayo showed no respect to the needs of my wife. In fact, she ran us around for extra tests a treatments that were invasive to the baby with no evidence that she needed it. She also ordered tests that ran out insurance way up all while making my wife feel she wasn’t capable of a vaginal delivery and would require a C-section. Ultimately, we switched providers, got a dula whom Dr. Aguayo refuses to work with, and had a beautiful, healthy AND spontaneous vaginal delivery all of which could have been compromised under the watch of Dr. Aguayo. There are 3 major things that were very difficult with this doctor. 1) She pulled the plug in useful treatment without communicating. My wife was on a zofran pump for her hyperemesis gravidarum after she lost 20lbs in 2 weeks. Then after 6 weeks, we heard that we would no longer be provided with this relief. That would be fine to get to that point but there was no communication that would be happening. 2) She broke medical practice ordered steroid shots after for our baby after one failed BPP test. The whole pregnancy we were told our baby had problems and that she was small. However, every test showed she was in perfect health, including the full examination by a specialist we visited in Birmingham. It was test after test just because she was small. Then, after one failed test during a time of day we knew our baby was less active she sent us to the ER to get monitored over night and get steroids. We said no thank you to the shots and got a second option later on and from what they told us is that it’s not recommended to give steroids after 34 weeks, which we were. The next morning the baby passed the BPP 100%. Aguayo was basically setting up our child to be taken early by c-section because there MIGHT have been a problem which was shown not to be the case the next morning. 3) The office staff we very impolite. There was also the fear mongering you get with toxic medical professionals that you have to do what they say and if not all these bad things could happen and they know best because they’re the professionals, even when their decision making isn’t backed by the tests. Needless to say, after switching, we were able to have a beautiful, healthy child who was ready to come at the right time with a vaginal delivery. Aguayo’s plan would have left us with a c-section and in the NICU."

"Front office staff is nice but that's about all they have going for them. The "nurses" never call back, as a patient you have to call consistently and chase them down to get any questions answered or information relayed. Never got a callback after MANY times of being told they would call back. Once you get a "nurse" on the phone they dont know anything and thus can't answer ANY questions. Literally pointless to try to talk with them. Orders reportedly sent to outside providers who never got the orders. Someone at that office keeps dropping the ball between provider/nurse/patient communication and this NEEDS to be addressed or they will be losing patients. I'm ready to pull my teenager from here and find someone else that actually cares...or at least acts like they care."

"Dr. Aguayo doesn’t allow doulas at your birth. This is a huge red flag and indicates that she and the team that supports her are not interested in providing their patients with evidence-based care. I suggest mothers seek care elsewhere, if possible."
