"I absolutely would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. It is so difficult trying to get in touch with someone in the office, they never return any phone calls or respond to any patient portal messages. My 2 year old has asthma and has had to go days without his medicine because this practice cannot follow the most simplest instructions of calling in a 90 day supply. I wouldn’t have given this practice two stars if it wasn’t for Dr. Soong, he was incredibly kind in our appointment with our son and addressed all of our concerns. However, the office and nurse staff is awful and negligent to their patients. Please consider looking at other options before making an appointment with this clinic."

"I have never been treated bad by any doctor and staff before this location. They lied non stop. The lady giving shots is so unsanitary. This office lacks communications skills not only with the entire staff but with patients. I was told to avoid this place but I needed a doctor to get my shots but I really wish I would have avoided. I am now having to look for a new allergy doctor where new rules aren’t made up each time I go to get shots like this place does and then lies to you about it. I will be contacting the health department over this situation and possibly a lawyer since they refuse to communicate with me and have put my health at risk."
