"I've had a mixed experience with this dental practice. On the positive side, both the dental assistant and the dentist are commendable for their professionalism and skill. They are genuinely nice people who excel in their respective roles, which makes the visits more comfortable. However, there are aspects that need improvement. Firstly, scheduling can be a bit of a challenge. I've experienced over 30-minute waits on a couple of occasions, which can be quite inconvenient. My primary concern lies with the billing process. Despite having top-tier dental insurance, I frequently receive bills for services that, according to my understanding, should be covered. This recurring issue leads me to question whether there is a tendency to recommend or perform services with the knowledge that they will result in out-of-pocket expenses. This practice, intentional or not, creates an impression of a business model focused on maximizing charges, which is concerning. In summary, while the clinical care is excellent, the administrative and billing aspects raise some doubts about the overall approach of the practice. It would be beneficial for potential patients to be aware of these issues and perhaps discuss insurance coverage and potential costs upfront to avoid any surprises."

"This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The waiting room was very inviting. The staff were all very nice and Dr Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful. His assistant Stacy was helpful and put me at ease. I did have x-rays done and ended up needing a crown prepped. Dr. Jordan made sure everything was pain-free. I would refer anyone who is anxious about seeing a dentist to see this one!"
