"Dear Dr. Rickard, I feel that many patients have used your services at Physician’s Hearing Center, but felt that only a few let you know the results.  I had heard about the recent improvements in your hearing aids, but was skeptical about how much real improvement I would experience with new ones.   Then when one of my 7 or 8 year old hearing aids finally went out, I reluctantly decided to see you about getting new ones.  I am so glad I did and wish that I had done it sooner.  The improvements are awesome!  I have much better hearing now and am thoroughly enjoying the newer technology.
