"I flew into Florida on 5/27/23 from CA to find coping mechanisms other than drinking. What was supposed to be a month turned into me currently living here. "I was a client at Clean Recovery Center in Tampa for 4 months and completed the inpatient and PHP programs. My experience was highly rewarding and beyond any expection I could have had. What set Clean apart from other programs I had tried is the incredible staff as well as the founders, the unique program structure, and their focus on whole person recovery, not just on your physical addiction. They are truly invested from the heart in each person's recovery, they will love you and believe in you more than you do in yourself and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in order to become whole again. It's just up to you to receive it. I also particularly benefited from the group housing structure at Clean. Living in a nice home in a nice neighborhood for the duration of the program rather than in a facility environment allowed me to feel at home and have a sense of normalcy while also, more importantly, allowing me to gain and regain life skills, become increasingly responsible and prepare for a more well rounded transition back into society. Being able to get back into a routine of keeping house, doing laundry, grocery shopping, preparing meals, etc while still in treatment was highly valuable to me as I transitioned back into independent living. Clean absolutely changed my life. I have just over 9 months sober, I'm becoming a person that I didn't know I had in me, and I love my life today. I gained a family at Clean....we keep in contact still on a regular basis and it's amazing to have people that will always be there for you and will remain invested in seeing you continue to grow and recover."
