"The worst experience from Kendall front desk and Sherrill in diagnostic. There was an issue and their unprofessional in solving the matter was awful. My insurance claim had to be resubmitted because it was entered incorrectly and even though I was given clearance to be seen; the treatment I received was poor. I was already horrified because this was a follow up breast diagnostic appointment so their condescending demeanor and their lack of how to read notations in their systems was unacceptable. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin who interjected and tried to deescalate the situation. I also wrote a complaint letter to corporate; hopefully they will train their front line staff to demonstrate more empathy with their patients …"
