"The woman who gave me my mammogram was very rude. She talked to me like I was a clumsy piece of meat rather than an actual human being. I told her it was my first mammogram, but she was not patient with me. She rushed through it, and in turn, I felt A LOT of pain. I have hidradenitis suppurativa (chronic acne under my breasts and in my armpits) so the pain was heightened for me. Everyone else on the staff was super sweet and attentive. The office was nice, too. If it weren't for that awful lady, I would give it 5 stars."

"Worst experience ever! I had an appointment and my dr had sent in the order. They call ahead of course to get their $$ from you before the appointment and do a "pre check in". Assuming from a pre check in call everything is set for my appointment. Show up at my appt at 730am, although my appt isnt until 8am. They do another "check in" and at that time they tell me my appointment could take up to 4 hours!!! It would've been nice to know that when I booked the appointment so I could make the necessary arrangements since people do have other lives to live. and then I get dressed and wait and wait. By 9am I finally ask someone what is taking so long. They come back to me at 9:15 and give me the explanation that my dr didnt send in the right order and that they can call and request it but they didnt know how long that would take and then once they receive the order it could be another 4 hours. What a mess!!! Why did they not have the necessary order or review ANYTHING before I show up!!! Talk about a lack of respect for the patient who is paying the bill! I will never come back to that place! What an utter waste of time and no concern or thought for the patient. I cancelled my appointment and asked for my $ back. Of course, almost 2 weeks later and I still havent received a refund. I called the billing department and they were going to request the refund be processed. They are VERY quick to take your money with no service, but take FOREVER to give it back to you. What a bad business model. Stay away!"

"It is 1:45, my Appointment was scheduled for 12:45 They asked me to arrive at 12:15 To do paperwork. I questioned this because someone had called me the previous day to get my information. I arrived at 12:12, checked in, verified information and was sent to a waiting room. I have been here ever since. After all this time I tried to find someone to ask what was going on and there was nobody in the hallways. I had to go to the front lobby in front of everybody in this little pink wrap around"

"GPS sent me the wrong way even though I had the correct address, I called got directions was very kind, still arrived 20 minutes early. I always try to be 10-15 prior, allowed more time today bc it's my FIRST time having this done. When I arrived the front desk RUDELY informed me that I needed to be here 30 minutes prior.... But I was never told. Only not to wear perfume deodorant etc. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for registration... So if I was here 30 minutes early I'd be here 1hr 15 minutes. Registration was extremely kind, booking was extremely kind. The wait time and young rude front desk staff .... That don't even get mammograms... I'll say less but I truly miss Gwinnett Medical. Northside needs to do better. I'm still sitting here anow an hour past my appointment time..... But I need to arrive early and they aren't on time???? I wish I had been recording on my phone."

"My appointment was 10:15. Arrive at 9:45. Still waiting for my “registration”. No respect for someone’s time. Why overbook the appointments. Give me a real appointment time. I understand a breast exam could be urgent emergency but have a machine for routine ones and don’t double book."
